These Terms govern your use of our website and booking services at Polycap Cottage Home.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website Polycap Cottage Home, making a reservation, or staying with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and these Terms.

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment/deposit and our confirmation email.
  • The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification at check-in.
  • Maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded.
  • Check-in: From 15:00 to 18:00 | Check-out: From 09:00 to 11:00. Late check-out subject to availability and fees.

3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Full payment or deposit is required at booking (as specified). Cancellations: [e.g., Free up to 7 days before arrival; 50% charge within 7 days; full charge within 48 hours or no-show]. We accept major credit cards. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to: respect property and other guests; not cause damage or nuisance; comply with house rules (no smoking, quiet hours, etc.); report issues immediately. We reserve the right to charge for damages, extra cleaning, or eviction without refund for serious breaches.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your stay. We are not responsible for loss/theft of valuables (use in-room safe).

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
